Seeing the picture of Marco Hietala reminded me of another guitarist with awesome epic hair. Legion of the Damned's guitarist, Richard Ebisch has some serious hair as well (as you can see from the pics). What other band member's hair to you envy?
Yes he certainly has truely amazing hair and perhaps give Danny Cecati something to think about! Richard is a nice guy and always good to have a beer with them.

Jack, from that Hawaiian band, "8MM Overload" (or some name like that...), --- he's got GREAT looking hair past his knees!!!!
Danny Cecati's hair is just "too" long, --- as if there is such a thing (lol)!!
I think these guys are being VERY unfair to the rest of us mere mortals... i say we all PROTEST!!!

Whoa! That is some insane hair. It's almost like a cape. I have always thought that Tim Yeung has some really nice hair, not the longest, but so straight and smooth. I don't understand how members of metal bands keep their hair so nice when headbanging like crazy at every show.

How unusual lol!
I suggest that we name a unit of hair length in Danny's honor (*). I propose the Cecati: 1 Cecati = 5 feet, 4 inches (about 1.6 meters)
Thus, Richard's hair length is about 0.7 Cecatis.
Everyone on this board will understand the meaning.

(*) There is a tradition of naming units of measurement after the physicist who first investigated them: Volta, Ampere, Watt, Joule, Faraday, Coulomb, Pascal, etc.
Based on the scientific tradition of naming units of measurement, I'd say a more relevant unit of hair length would be the Wakeman, based upon the length of the hair of 1960s/70s era British rock pianist, Rick Wakeman.
His hair is not as long as Danny Cecati's but was very long for that time, together with the hair of Grand Funk Railroad's Mark Farner and Greg Almann of the Almann Brothers Band.
That would also mean that some people could have hair lengths of say 2, 2.5 or 3.0 Wakemans, rather than 0.7 Cecatis.
Alternatively, let's give hair length Mach numbers and assign Rick Wakeman's hair length of Mach number 1.

And tonight, Friday, January 11, 2008, once again, New York Goth-Metal greats, VASARIA, will appear at yet another "Night Of Metal Mayhem" @ Ronkonkoma's own TRAXX, a Metal venue for up-and-coming as well as long-establish'd Metal talent.
TRAXX is located in Ronkonkoma, Long Island, @ 33 Railroad Avenue, right across fr. the train station. VASARIA play at 10:30. Other bands tonight include MERCURIAL, STEELREIGN, PERMANENT SCAR, the Grindcore of DEMIZED, and the Heavy Metal belly-dancer herself, TAZINA!

Claudio Sanchez , the lead singer of coheed and Cambria. I think he's a motivation for evry persone with afro'ish hair who wants to grow them.
