As some of you know, I have been going through some personal trials and tribulations lately; my online time has been very limited over the last two months. However, I have passed the 2 year mark at the end of 2007, and here are a few of photos.
Trim is forthcoming shortly; the back is a good bit longer than the front, and the ends are getting thin.
Other than that, I plan to continue through until Dec 2008 and evaluate again at that time.
George
Gee its nice to hear from you George and I hope things are working out for you. Your hair looks in good condition and looks quite long for 2 years of growth. I still haven't trimmed and I think I have some of the same things as you going on. (a portion of the back is quite a bit longer than the rest)
Well here's to a happy and successful 2008!
Bruce
Hi Bruce; thanks for the comments.
Sorry to know of the trials and tribulations lately but GLAD you posted this fabulous 2 year mark of the great success you have had in growing-out your hair. It looks fantastic! Sure bet you have no regrets.
all the best
Justin~
Thanks Justin. I have no regrets at all; I just can't believe how much I still love having my hair long after such a long time without.
I appreciate the comments.
Hope everything works out. Two year pic's look great. You have good length there.
Thanks for the comments, I am pretty pleased with the length I have obtained in two years. It will be interesting to see where it is at after three years with a couple of trims to even things out.
Congratulation on your two year anniversary!! Your hair looks very smooth and healthy.
Good luck!
Thanks for the comments; seems the older you get the faster it goes by!
Hi George,
I am genuinely sorry to hear about these stressful issues with your life, and hope you can get them resolved soon. (Feel free to write me if you wish)
Your hair is coming along very well for only 24 months of growth, and looks healthy with lots of shine, and it is a really blessing to have such a full head of hair. By this coming December, you should be past mid back, and may even wish to consider a longer length at that time.
Take care, and keep it growing!
David
Thanks there Pops, I appreciate the support! I might zip you an e-mail one night soon.
That mid-back length is becoming realistic; I never thought I would go to that length, but I am enjoying it too much to stop now.
Thanks.
Congrats for this great achievement George! Two years is quite some time! The racing stripes and hair are both lookin' top-notch. Keep it growing for sure.
Thanks, two years go by rather quickly now. I like the racing stripes to lend some distinction to the look. I appreciate the support.
George, Looking good. The best to you in this new year.
Great update photos.
peace, jonalbear
Thanks, JB, and to you also in 2008.
Thanks for the comments.
Your hair looks great George. The length is good for 2 years
growth. The ends look thin because hair grows at differing
rates. Hair typically grows 6" per year. Some hairs on your
head may grow 5" per year and some may grow 7" per year. (I
know the hairs on my head grow like that.) A slight trim
(maybe 1/2 inch) will even it up, and preserve length at the
same time.
Scott
Thanks Scott; I know I need the trim, but I just keep putting it off. I plan to do so shortly however, as I think it would help greatly with both the look and the tangles I have.
Thanks Ken; your support is really appreciated.
Looking great George;
Now knock off that "Trials & Tribulations" nonsense....your hair will grow faster ! HA!
Seriously, Best of All to you in 2008
Walter
Believe me I plan to knock it out ASAP this year. Thanks!
Congratulations Big George, I must say long hair suits you very well indeed.
Keep up the great growth, Regards Dave
Thanks Dave; I do plan to continue.
Congrats on your two year anniversary. the hair looks awesome and very healthy, now you just let it grow and grow.
Kevin
Thanks Kevin; I appreciate the comments; I am ready to let it greaux!
