I haven't cut my hair since August (sorry no pics). I was wondering how often you guys with long hair shampoo and condition it. I have wavy hair which somewhat straightens out when I don't shampoo it but I don't want to go too long without shampoo because it feels dirty and greasy. Anyway any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Mike
I generally use little shampoo (when I use it at all), usually a drop about the size of a pea, and then I only put it on my hairline and where I part my hair. Leave that in for about 5-10 seconds and wash it out with warm water. Another thing, use COLD water when you shower. It makes your hair shine and not frizzy. Use a lot of conditioner too, so when you comb your hair out (wide-toothed) it slips easier and doesn't get too tangled.
All in all, don't use a ton of shampoo, use cold water, and use an excessive amount of conditioner.
Once a week is usually about all it takes with myself. More often depending on what I have been around or have been doing. Dust, Dirt etc.
