Well, I went ahead and went through with getting my hair cut even. Everything now is shoulder length, and my hair feels a lot healthier. Though I wish I had a bit more length, it won't take me that long to grow it all back (and all even this time!) Though my ponytail only being an inch or so is a bit of a downer. This is my last major trim, though I'll probably get an annual trim to take care of minor splits and such. Anyway...
Cheer up!!! Getting a trim is not at all a bad thing. I know some here are against trims completely but to me having hair makes me feel good, so having hair that also looks good is important.
I actually cut about 6 inches of my hair about 3 weeks ago. Not only did it make it look a bit better (very thin at the ends due to breakage), but it made me feel better knowing that I have a fresh start..
Your hair will seem to grow a bit faster this time as you are traveling down a known road.

amd I forgot to add, your hair is looking fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad the trim turned out so well Brandon and your hair is looking wonderful.
Lookin' good there, Brandon! I know for me I always hate to lose any length (ANYtime - lol); but, after a trim my ends always feel a ton smoother to the touch, as well as a heck of a lot easier to run a comb through, --- so, it makes it worth it!
Anyway, CONGRATS, --- and you are one lucky dude w/ such excellent-looking hair!!!

Hi Brandon,
I would take the positive view I think has done wonders and the hair is looking great and it's still growing and within a couple of months you won't even notice.
Cheers,

Hi Brandon
Ok lets try this again as I don't know what happened to my first response to you.Even though I don't like to have my own hair trimmed sometimes it just becomes necessary.I did just that this past December.Fortunately I have a trusted stylist who only takes off the minimum length as you wouldn't even notice any lose of length.Your hair looks fantastic and in great condition.Do you have a goal length in mind? The pics you posted are cool and I like this one:)Take care my friend.Mark
Yeah, I actually do have a planned length. I'm aiming for mid-low back. And thanks for the compliments. I actually like it now, and think that the cut was well worth it. Take care and keep it growing! :)
Well that turned out quite all right, Brandon. Don't worry about the ponytail, as your lightning-fast growth rate will take care of that in no time. Congrats on the successful trim. Take care. =)

I just replied to another post on trims it's hard to visualize
how much length you loose and people always seem to be let down to
varying degrees but your hair looks good and it will grow back
as you say and all one length.
Kevin
The lighting is a little dark but from what I can see I think the trim turned out perfectly. Your hair is definitely all one length and, like you said, you can just leave it alone at this point and enjoy watching it all grow in at that one length.
Looks good Brandon, I'm glad the trim turned out so well for you.

Hi Brandon,
Your trim went very well indeed, and you now have the one length look that is always the best. It should be a breeze to grow your hair to any length you desire from now on.
Keep it growing, David
its looking great bro i just got me a trim today as a matter of fact thinning my hair out and cutting the very ends off a little bit and ill post my 10 month update in just a few days my friend!
