&
GNC Men's Ultra NourishHair

So im wondring if its ok to use both products without haveing any side effect ?
I just looked at the labels for both of these products, side by side. I think that, over time, taking both of these concurrently might be overdoing it, to the detriment of both your wallet and your health. MegaMen is the epitome of what have been termed "mega vitamin supplements," which provide huge supplemental doses of vitamins and minerals. You CAN get too much of a good thing! If you want to try the NourishHair, I'd recommend taking it without additional supplementation. If you still feel you need to take something else, I'd recommend a good, basic multivitamin like Centrum or One A Day. Just make sure what you're taking is "USP certified," which ensures dissolvability and bioabsorption.
If you eat a balanced diet (plenty of fruits and veggies, moderate amounts of meat, whole grains, nuts, eggs, and dairy), you should be getting just about all you need without any supplementation. Staying well-hydrated is also one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Here's what I take daily, for what it's worth (and my hair grows about 5/8" per month):
Men's One A Day
400 I.U. natural vitamin E
1,000 mg vitamin C
1,000 mg omega-3 fatty acids (Nordic Naturals Fish Oil)
I also eat a tablespoon of tomato paste a few times a week (very rich in the antioxidant lycopene), and a clove of raw garlic, chopped, every couple of days.

dont even think about using both of them simultaneously and you will have serious health problem later on in your life choose one if you like but i would suggest let it grow naturally there is nothing really one can do to boost the growth
A supplement I used when I grew my hair out the first time was called Biotin. It's a type of B vitamin that's for hair skin and nails. Seemed to work because I noticed I was always cutting my nails and this time around it's almost every couple weeks I can notice my hair is longer. Might give it a try.
I agree with this 100%. I have been using biotin for around 6 months now and I can tell a huge different since I started using it. its almost like someone hit the "fast forward" button on my hair growth.
sometime last year I examined the "hair supplements" and determined that they were just a multivitamin with a generous dose of biotin. So I went looking for biotin by itself and started taking that. I went searching to see if I could dig up anything about harmful effects from taking too much and didn't find anything. I take 5 mg / day. I can't say for sure that it has helped though.
