Hey,
I just got this absolutely awesome idea. Sorry if this has already been posted. Anyway, as with most things, this came from experience.
Ever had the trouble of being on a train or plane, or some other place where you really want to sleep in a sitting position but your head keeps falling forward and hurting your neck?
Problem solved! If your hair reaches down far enough (mid-back or just above) then you simple keep your hair in contact between your back and the seat, and when your head leans forward it's kept back by the hair.
I've just been doing this for a good 10 minutes.
Note that this probably has an adverse effect on your hair by pulling on it, so make sure to spread the hair out evenly so it's not just a few hairs being pulled on. This also makes sure it won't hurt. Alternatively don't do this at all (except to experiment for a laugh).
Eitherway, I just found this very funny :P
I've also did this when my hair was longer. My hair was about shoulder blade length, and I did this a lot when typing and the sort. However, I got my hair evened up to around shoulder length, so I can't do it anymore. It was cool when I could do it, though.
As a member of the fall asleep anywhere club, I find myself doing just that, standing up leaning back against the fence while I'm out with the dogs. When you can do that, mark it as a milestone!

Aha! Now I know why some employers don't like long hair!
