  Hey, I'm just beggining to grow my hair out to get to shoulders length and right now its all been trimmed and is even about 1/2 past my ears. Should I keep getting trims so that all my hairs from the top of my head reach where my hair is now or continue growing it and let the other hair catch up as I get trims later on?

    I'd say grow the long hair now and trim later on.
