I have yet to learn how to make a proper bun. Franny will be teaching me in the next few days. In the meantime she did infinity buns for us. It's an incredibly comfortable and practical style. I feel like my hair would stay secure for a long time and it's completely out of the way.
Hi Jason. What timing on the bun. I posted below only a few hours ago that buns would be cool to see too. And there they are. Awesome. I am still growing and not nearly at the point of a bun but have been thinking about when I work on my motorcycle how I will need my future long hair out of the way (chain for instance). I think buns will be perfect for this and actually just as another styling option. I think it is a very cool look and suprised we don't see more of it. I wonder if it will stay in place on a ride without a helmet. Might even make a decent helmet. Keep 'em coming. Great stuff.

Will do but it will be quite a while. I've been growing for 4 months. Great progress so far but I am a long ways from the length needed. They say "time flys" and I hope that applies to the growing process too. thanks again for the inspiration.

I haven't had a chance to comment on the earlier braids and styles that Franny has so skillfully put into you guy's hair, but must say that there all great so far. I really liked the half tail rope as well as the triple folded under braids. You both have great hair. Glad the trim worked out well too. It's amazing how just a little off the ends sometimes can make life so much easier. Be sure to give Franny my best and glad you guys are "friends"! ;-)
