Is there any around. My girlfriend has some Avon "Naturals" I think it's called but I doubt it's all natural. For years I've been useing an all natural soap from Ontario. I use it for showering and washing my hair too (which for years was a brush cut) but I'm letting it grow again while I still have it LOL ! 8 months so far, many more to go !
We use "Nature's Gate" shampoo and conditioner (and really like it!).

X2 on the Nature's Gate! I used it before when my hair was long and it's wonderful. I liked the Rainwater the best.
It's difficult to find anything that is "all natural" since soap of any kind is un-natural. You can find some that have cleaning properties that are less destructive than others. I've discovered that the best type of shampoo to get is in solid form, since it doesn't require chemicals like formaldehyde to preserve it. The solid form is self- preserving.
Of the solid shampoos, I have used Chagrin Valley Shampoo Bars and Lush Solid Shampoos. I like both. However the Chagrin Valley bars are saponified oil soaps. This isn't a bad thing, other than the fact that you have to regularly strip the soap scum from your hair with a vinegar/water rinse or you get sticky hair. Also, something about putting lye in my hair makes me squeamish. The best Lush shampoo bar, in my opinion, is called "New" because it has only one synthetic ingredient (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate). Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is synthesized from coconut. So, I don't feel so bad about it. The bar does tend to dry your hair/scalp if you overuse it. So be careful to use only a little and make sure to condition.
If you decide to try one of these, please let us know your results.
Good luck!

Ever hear of the "Aussie" line of products available almost anywhere? This product seemed a number of years ago to be THE CHOICE of most all of the guys who posted to this board. And when they left after attaining their goals, they had fabulous long hair.
