Yes, braided while wet from a shower, and taken out dry. It makes my thin hair look much fuller.

You just have simply amazing hair and I didn't release it was that long, perhaps one of the boards best secrets. It looks in great condition and you having it braided gives a wonderful texture and a great inspiration. Just shows that people don't have to cut their hair if they are going slighty thinner on top.

...for the kind comments about my hair. After my last shower, I was thinking about trimming it a bit (easy to do at this length -- I just reach behind with scissors), but when I saw how long it was, I thought, "Nope, not now. Gotta take some pictures first". And don't worry. If I do trim, it will only be a couple of inches to even things up, and the current length will be back in no time.
I don't think anyone would have expected that length just by your avatar pic.
Your are certainly an inspiration to all of us older longhairs!

the union is FUBARed, IMHO. The state of your hair is another story. Me luv braid waves. I braid mine nightly and finger comb out the waves the next day.

That is impressive Pat S. Your hair is close to classic length and you appear to be about 6'3" tall as well. This puts you in the top 5 guys here for longest hair. (I am one of those guys in the top 5 too.) It looks like you are still good for even more length. Keep growing it for sure.
