Hi guys,I'm posting today because I have noticed some changes in my hair, and I'm hating it!Oo First of all,I have been using blowdriers ever after I got my haircut, and it actually maket it straighter, but extremelly dry and sandy, also.Do you think my hair is getting drier due to the fact that I use blowdriers every day?I hate touching my hair now,it feels like shit XD.Best wishes.
Yikes!!! It's very likely that the blowdryer is the cause of your dry hair. Heat like that will really damage hair. Think about it... you can't hold a blowdryer up to your skin for more than a second or two without getting burned. Imagine what it's doing to your hair. If possible, just let your hair dry naturally, or if your blowdryer has a heat-free setting, that will work too. =)

The thing is that if I don't blowdry it,my hair gets very frizzy and puffy, and bindi only makes it sticked to my head XD.Would the low setting for blowdry have the same effect as the hot setting in me hair? Thanks in advance!:)
Are you shampooing everyday? If so, that could be stripping all the natural oils from your hair that help it to be manageable.
I shampoo every day. However, I use only a teeny tiny amount of shampoo in my hair...so little that there's almost no foam. This takes just a little of the oil from my hair and helps me to not have overly greasy hair.
Perhaps you're using too much shampoo...causing it to be too wild when you don't blowdry. Try cutting back on the amount of shampoo and DON'T blowdry. Also, use a good conditioner.
Thanks for the tips!I'll definetelly try that out :).
Peace.
"Do you think my hair is getting drier due to the fact that I use blowdriers every day?"
Absolutely!.
Time to put away the blow dryer!. Use lots of conditioning when washing to make it feel hydrated again.
ok, you blowdry to make your hair straighter. I used to do that till I read here that driers make your hair...dry. I just do water washes and then condition afterwards with a wash out conditioner. Conditioners moisturize dried out hair and help give your hair weight so it will be straighter. You could also try a couple drops of oil just on the ends of your hair (ear lobes down) when your hair is air dry. This will help add more weight and your hair should frizz less. The longer your hair gets the straighter it gets because the weight of your hair holds it down.

Thanks fir the tips!I will buy a new conditioner, and probably a leave-in conditioner too,do you think it will work well for me?There's a picture of my present stage.Peace :).
I've been using a leave in conditioner everyday lately and notice a big difference when it comes to the weight of my hair...there aren't so many fly away hairs. I was recommended Infusium 23 Leave in Conditioner and like it a lot. I also put a couple drops of virgin olive oil on the ends of my hair and that combo works well. Aussie products are also good...they have a leave in conditioner (that I also use-I use Infusium 23 one day and Aussie the next) as well as regular wash out conditioner and a 3 minute wash out conditioner.
