      His full story? Kid w/ long hair wearing a hoodie (it was 20 degrees F) so obviously he's a hoodlum.
      I know the kid, sort of. See him around a lot. He walks a lot when I'm out and about. Seems nice.

      as a inked an pierced longhair i get hasseled alot from the cops. I get stopped all the time...they pat me down half the time an just treat ya like shit. Stupid to. a few times id have a pipe in my ass pocket (long jnco pockets) and they dont even no it. You think im gonna cut my hair cause of a pig or anyone else? NO FKN WAY 3/4 way down my back an growin to my ass or beyond PIGS R SHIT...just live with it :

    Best thing you can do when dealing with cops is to keep your mouth shut, don't talk back, when you do speak with them use your most polite speech as a matter of respect.

    This isn't for his safety it is for yours. Regardless of whether you like cops or not, showing respect can get them to leave you alone.

    Anyway we don't know the full story.
