Okay...I read someone's post here that described this milestone. But, I let it go without thought. Today I experienced it and thought about it more.
I was eating eggs and had my first bite of hair that was still attached.

Congrats! I had a long hair I pulled out to throw away and discovered then it was still attached! Did the same thing to one tickling my arm; I knew my hair couldn't be that long--wrong!

YUCK!!! I remember that milestone all too well and I still gag thinking about it. But that is a true milestone nonetheless. Congratulations!!
It's an important milestone, it's when you know that you are now truely a longhair!
