  I just found this yesterday and hope I wasn't blind, but I like the Thread View option on this site. I now read down a couple pages on Standard View and then switch over to Thread View to see what else is new.

    Great that you found the thread view and it's useful sometimes but I still like the original way the posts are layed out.
