My hair is very thin and dry. It also breaks very easily. Would sleeping on a satin pillow case dramatically effect this so that my hair doesn't get broken while I sleep (I stay in the same position all night and don't toss and turn)?

A satin pillowcase has been a life saver for my hair. It really does make an incredible difference, and I am a tosser and turner. Putting your hair in a braid is also a huge help, if you can do that.

I've never tried satin sheets myself bit will certainly look into it. I know that I get a good deal on some from a place down Florida way.

I've heard about satin pillowcases affecting peoples' hair dramatically (in a positive way), but I bought some and didn't notice any difference. I guess it depends on the hair type.
