Hi Andrew,
It's great to see your update pictures and you hair is looking in really amazing and shiny condition and coming along great. I really would not worry about the splits and as some (eh trimmers!!!) would suggest I've been quite a few years without anything major being cut. Keep it growing.

The ends don't look that bad in the phtot but nothing a small
trim might help.

Have you considered a trim to remove the damaged ends? Otherwise, you hair is shiney and looks good.

Your hair looks good, Andrew. To reduce split ends, be sure to eat a clean diet, avoid eating a lot of junk food. Also be gentle on your hair as well.
