A picture of a sheep by John.B aged 13 and 3/4!
Perhaps we should start a new competition!
Cheers,
John.B
I challenge you to a MS Paint duel! lol
Okay fine that sounds great to me and I'm sure the rest of the community could judge our work!
Thanks again,
Cheers,
John.B
LOL! Nice artistry there!
Hi Hegg,
Thank you for kind words and the artistry is all in a flick of the wrist!
Cheers,
John.B
John.B, have you had a showing at a gallery yet? If so, when will it come to a town near me? :)
My Website
Hi Franny,
I've not had my first gallery showing yet but really wanted the MLHH to be the first place in world I show my works. However thank you and I would be delighted to put on an exhibition in you area of my works and it would be interesting to see how they sell!
Cheers,
John.B
Well, I know that I'd be willing to pay big bucks for an original John.B work. Let me know when the tour starts! :)
My Website
This is fantastic! What I like most is that it's labeled "sheep" even if it clearly is one.
That's the sheer genius of it!!!
My Website
Thank you Frannie but I inspired by the other works of art that have been shared on the board this week! It also helps me remember what I have drawn.
Cheers,
John.B
Thanks for that but sometimes like the signs ever there they have to have be written as well as people don't understand shapes like have over here!
Cheers,
John.B
Hi John,
Thank you for sharing, and if you have ever seen any of my so-called "art" at the age of 13, I am sure you would die laughing. I have never been an artist, and never will be!
Cheers,
David
Hi David,
Thank you for your kind reply and art was never my best subject but with other works of art shared yesterday I felt inspired to have a go myself!
Best to you as always.
John.B
John that was a laugh and I so needed a laugh. Youe obviously
influenced by Picaso and maybe a bit of Salvador Dali. Your drawings will be worth a fortune.....after your dead.
RLOF
Kevin
Thank you Kevin and yes I wanted to put a piece of work out there and test the water and see it was worth anything and with all the interest it's a start at 50p.
Cheers,
John.B
What!? No long hair on your sheep?
I know ... the sheep's hair would look longer if it weren't so curly ... I know the feeling.
Tristan
Thank you Tristan as you can see it was my first attempt and I know it takes time to captrue a model. I'm hoping to learn about how to grow longer hair in lesson 2 next week!
Well there is nothing wrong with lovely curely hair and your a great exmaple of that and with patience you will be amazed.
Cheers,
John.B
I wonder what shampoo the sheep uses, or does it do the water only thing.
Kevin
ROFLMAO
Sir, you just made my day =D
Thank you Josh and it's always a pleasure to being a smile to people in this not always happy world...:-)
Cheers,
John.B
C'mon, John... level with us. This is really a preliminary design for some cover art you're working on, for the new hit single remix of "I Need A Sheep," isn't it?
Thanks for the chuckle, friend!

I Need a Sheep (to the tune of "Scotland the Brave")
Bring me some whiskey, mother
I'm feeling frisky, mother
I need a sheep to keep me warm through the night!
I need a lover, mother
No, not my brother, mother
I need a sheep to keep me warm through the night!
Gerbils don't make it, mother
They just can't take it, mother
I need a sheep to keep me warm through the night!
Owls, bats and other critters
Just tend to give me jitters
I need a sheep to keep me warm through the night!
Sheep never talk about it
They never ever doubt it
Always so placid, affectionate and nice!
Give me that lanolin.
Better than flannel-in.
I need a sheep to keep me warm through the night!
Hi Val,
Thank you for your for your song lyrics and would be fun to record and see how that comes out or perhaps the new MLHH board anthem!
Now if I needed a sheep I think I'd certainly be of the Welsh nationality for that!
Well after the other masterpieces of artwork we've had this week I just had to have a good myself!
Cheers,
John.B
Looks like most of American voters.
Thank you for that and I'm sure that can be said about alot of voters all over the world. I'd hope I'm more informed that just in a personality vote!
Cheers,
John.B
I find it interesting that over half of the lead on the paper was representing HAIR! John, do you have an interest in hair? [grin]
Bill
Oh yes Bill keep the world a hairier place GRIN!
He has a human-looking face with no hair on his head! hmmmmmm...
High!
Hehe...
Anyone who has read more than one or two posts from me remembers me as the guy with the Afghanistan spleen... so although I do not trust my drawing skills very much (there are friends who do definitely better, including my loved one), I occasionally portraited bearded Afghans when I had the chance to meet them face to face... here is a drawing of 2003 showing the Afghan government's representative for education in Khost province, Khazan Gul Tani! He was quite pleased when I showed him the sketch afterwards...
See you in Khyberspace!
