Apologies for not being able to thank and respond to each of you individually who replied to my thread below; but, I at least wanted to say how much I enjoyed reading all the different comments!
So, I guess I'm NOT "off my rocker" in taking over 2 hours to air-dry my mane, eh? (OK, but I fully realize that i AM "off my rocker" in *other* ways, though - lol....)
Thanks again for all the fun & interresting replies!!

Ken, man, I havta tell ya, air-drying's the only way ta go, esp. when ya have hair the consistency o' yers. I'm much the same way. Towel dry first thing, then air dry the rest o' the way.
Oh, and abt Big Bob's post somewhere ehyulse? When he'd lament'd over the negative (still?) connotations (erroneous!) of longhair'd guys, ya said thatcha were w/ a friend at a recovery get-together whose mother wuzz the kind who wuzz PROUD that her son wuzz in duh slammer (Wha? Neighborhood street cred?) an' he comment'd that no one would ever bother ya bekawz ya look like a dealer (you soooooooo, so do NOT!), LOL, I could only think that, "No, no. More at no one would bother ya 'coz ya look like a LINE DANCER!" Those're GRRR8 shots o' ya and the City of Saint Francis as a backdrop BTW on yer website. Still manicuring those rich peoples' gardens? . . say "Hey" ta Even.

I have waist length hair. Why does mine only take one
hour to dry? The average seems to 2-4 hours.
Should I be concerned?
It's a blessing (wehyull, consider it one!) ta (k)not havta
hassle w/ a two hr. margin of drying. I only WISH that mine
took just an hour. You're truly blest. Best reg(u)ardz, always!

I had washed mine that day and it took three hours or more to be totally dry. And people wonder why I don't bother washing it everyday...
Mouse, who's never actually been on her rocker. :-)
