Well, I guess it could be a length update too. It's been about four months since my last haircut from shoulder length, but I haven't noticed much new grwoth so I won't bother.
However, it's been about two months since I joined LHC, and almost the same amount of time since I've been visiting this site, and the quality of my hair has DRAMATICALLY improved.
Notice pre-this site hair (same day taken as my avatar, but bigger to show it more)
Not bad.
However, this is my hair NOW, after cutting out most of the bad stuff I was doing to it.
To me, that's a HUGE difference, and I'm so glad I joined. Thank you all here who've helped me so much.
And I'm sorry for the incident that happened earlier. Those who know about it know what I'm talkign about. I jumped to conclusions too hastily in the beginning, however, I won't apologize for my anger later; one thing said really cheesed me off.
In any case, thanks.
your hair looks a lot fuller now! For us without straight hair the length seems to take a longer amount of time.
Marty
Yeah. D:
People with straight or wavy hair get the length easier. >.< oh well.
Looking good mate, glad to hear your hair has improved!
Great update pics.
In any case forgive me for being a bit previous what caused you to cut from shoulder length?
Cheers,

you have such pretty curls ^__^
What didi you stop doing to your hair? what did you start doing to your hair? I would love to know since i have the same type of hair and its pretty dry and damaged. Thx
No problem!
The things I stopped were using chemical dyes and bleaching it to hell, as well as straightening it and blow drying it. I also stopped using anything with silicones in it (anything on shampoo, conditioner, or hair products ending in siloxane, conol, or cone).
I started using cone free conditioner and shampooing (or in my case, baking soda washing) as little as possible. I used VO5's moisture milks.
I started leaving conditioner on my head for about an hour every once in a while wrapped in saran wrap or a shower cap with a wool cap or towel above that to keep it moist as a deep moisturizing treatment.
And from time to time I'll mix my conditioner with honey to draw in more moisture (honey draws in moisture to any hair type).
I also make my own leave in conditioner spray from my VO5 conditioner with a little honey and bottled water. And sometimes I lightly oil with olive oil overnight and wash it out with conditioner in the morning. And sometimes I add some more when it's wet.
Hope that helps.
