Hey All, here are a few pics showing current growth, one showing loose hair and front and back with it tied. I thank everyone here for the constant stream of encourageing and kind words very much...wouldn't have done it without you guys and gals. You are all an amazing group and I'm honored to be here with you! ;-) Max

Thanks Argale for the good words. Two years gets you mostly out of the awkward stage when you can FINALLY get it to fit into a ponytail. If I can do it anyone can. Good luck.

What an outstanding update! Your hair is growing by leaps and bounds, and your straight hair type is the easiest to grow super long. I cannot get over how long your ponytail is after a mere 22 months. You should be able to grow your hair to your waist easily if you choose to do so. Keep up the great growth, and I am still hoping I can meet you on my road trip in 2009.

Hello David, thanks so much. I measured the ponytail a few days ago and came up with nearly 10 inches, so I think that is close to average. Right now I'm keeping my goals more realistic to perhaps nipple level, which I guess is not quite mid-back. If I can achieve that in the next 12 momths I will be very happy indeed.

Hi Mike, yeah, it's finally long enough to fully restrain, but interestingly I still consider myself deep in the awkward stage. I really don't like the way it looks loose. Go figure.

Heey Max! You've come along way in 22 months, and it looks good either loose or tied back, as for myself i most often prefered it tied back when i had the length for it, not too many months now and i can do it again:D
