Do any of you guys have deep conditioning treatments done in a salon or protein treatments etc? If so, are they any good and what ones can you recommend.
Paul
I do protein treatments with my hairdresser once every 2 months. I think it is really good for my hair as it replenishes the moisture lost to shampooing and the external elements, and at the same time, it restores the pH balance of my scalp.
I definitely cannot recommend any salons near your place as I'm not a resident of US. But I can tell you that my hairdresser uses the "Joico Protein Treatment Regime" that really works for me. If you're interested, you could perhaps check out the salons near you that hosts the a/m products.
where are you from, any part of Asia?? my family is from Cambodia how 'bout you?
I'm from Singapore :)
Great to hear! Singapore used to have a reputation as a place not
to go if you have long hair because the government would try to
make guys cut it. Has that been relaxed, or have you found a way
to evade it?
Pete, someone had asked me a similar question some time ago. You could refer to my lengthy response for your queries :)
I had to make a qualification that I'm entailed to have my hair cut once the military calls me up to serve (which is compulsory for all Singaporeans aged 18 and above).
Lol, hope it doesn't happen though.
I am a Joico educator and Their "K-pac" reconstructor would be the best protein treatment you could have. You can buy to use at home, or get the service done in the salon.
