If you got to bed with with your hair only semi dry is it:
Bad for your hair?
Bad for your health?
I would like any opinions about this. Thanks!
Not necessarily bad for your hair, but the hair strands are weaker until they dry, so if you toss and turn excessively, you could cause hair strands to break or knot.
Definitely no effect on health whatsoever.

Hey MG, good question.
I go ta sleep w/ semi-wet/semi-dry hair after a shower (towel dried only, mind you) lotsa times.
Only affect that I've ever noticed is that it's a lot wavier upon waking, then it needs more fingers-only combing, followed by careful, CAREFUL, wide-tooth-combing, and more careful boar's bristle brush brushing. Other than that, no harm done.
Going t sleep tonight w/ long, semi-dry hair,

My hair breaks more in the morning if it dried matted...that's what happens to me if I haven't given my dry hair a good finger combing before I go to bed. My hair breaks very easily though, and litters the shower regularly with 1"+ hairs.

I tend to make sure my hair is completely dry before doing to bed as if some of gets caught and it's still wet it can break. Also there is less of frizz in the morning and easier to finger comb and brush as well. It's not about bad for your health but more prone to breakage when wet during sleep.

it's definitely bad for your health,if your room is cold.
air drying is good for hair but since hair gets more fragile when wet, it might not be a good idea :/
I don't know that it's a matter of "health", but my room is cold in the winter, so if I DO have a wet or damp head, and many times even when my hair is dry, I wear a balaclava just to keep in the body heat. In summer, it can be refreshing to go to bed soggy.
