Does anyone have some experience and opinion to share in regards to where you wear your bun? The options I have enjoyed seeing are: 1) "Bee Butt Bun", worn low at the neck. 2) French twist, nice simple bun, etc, worn at the middle of the back of the head. 3) "Top Knot" bun (or whatever they are called) worn on the top of the head. Seems like the bun worn at the top of the head is mostly on younger guys. Anyway, it would be great to see some photos of various bun locations! Very best, Johnnie
Hi Johnnie,
I sometimes where my hair in a bun normally low at my neck line as you can see from the picture. I hope that helps and there are various websites if you need help in making a bun if you Google it.
Cheers,

Hello John, What a handsome bun! I love the way you have tied it and as always, your hair looks fantastic. Thanks for sharing the photo. Best, Johnnie
Thank you for your kind words. I always thought it would be difficult to do a bun, but with a bit of practice and help from a friend of mine that already has longhair it made it easier.
It's like braiding as I'm sure Jason and Franny would agree it just takes practice.
Cheers,

This is the bun I usually wear (when I'm wearing a bun). The pic is from my wedding.
Hello Ale, Your bun really looks terrific. What a great way to try a different look! This should help the guys who on those terrible occasions think they want to cut their hair (yikes!) in order to achieve a new look. There are so many options with buns. Does anyone else have any thoughts or photos on how and where they like to wear their bun? Best, Johnnie
Great bun ale ! I should try the stick (usually I tie mine)
Bye
Vivien
Thanks Vivien! I suggest you to use the stick, it hold the bun in shape, and i like how it looks! I never tied it, it would slip and uncoil on my hair.
Here you go!
Hello Randy, Very nice bun! The stick looks great and your hair colors are especially handsome in a bun. Thanks, Johnnie
Don't have any photo, but I usually wear my bun in the middle of the back of my head, exactly like Ale do, apart that i don't usually use a stick but an elastic band.
