i wear a backwards cap alot, will it damage my hair any just wondering?
MarkS, I had that exact same question a year ago when my journey started. The answer was a resounding NO, it will not damage your hair to wear a hat. Brian
Wearing your hat backwards will cause your hair to grow into your head instead of out of it, though. [wink]

It hasn't hurt mine either, I wear my the same way just about every day. My hair just looks mashed down when i take it off in an eating establishment, then I'm in a rush to put it back on when I leave. :-)

Mark, I wear a ball cap at work and my brown fedora throughout the winter with no adverse effect.
