Yes, I'm a proud comic book geek from way back. One element I've always found lacking in the mainstream comic book universes is male superheroes with long hair. Sure, there's Doc Samson (obviously), and Superman himself sported a ponytail after his "resurrection" (only to heat-vision it off before finally marrying Lois). I guess you could put Tarzan at the top of the list, for that matter, although he isn't strictly a comic book character. There really seems to be only a small handful of them, though. Maybe, statistically, the Marvel and D.C. universes parallel the real-world percentage of long-haired men, after all (something like 5%, by most people's reckoning). Here's a pic of one of my personal favorites: Dr. Henry McCoy (a.k.a. "Beast"), from the Ultimate X-Men comics. Please feel free to add to the list!

I think Aquaman has long hair in the newer interpretations.

I'll play but in a sorta off sorta way. One day I came up with a superhero alter ego for myself...you know in case I get the right superpowers...or maybe because I was watching a show about superheroes. But here is my image of Thermodyne, a superhero who manipulates (heat) energy and can move it from one place to another, thus creating hot things and cold things (with an obvious downside of having to take heat from one place to heat up another and having to put heat somewhere to cool some place down). But since it is me, he has long hair...and a spiffy costume.
If we include those from cartoons who weren't in comic books, the field grows.
