What do i do if i have split ends or hairs longer than others sticking up. I usually go to the barber shop and get them to trim my hair but a few weeks later is back the same way. And if i dont get a trim it will be lookin all messed up. WHAT DO I DO?

Trichoptilosis, I think it's called . . . split ends. Incurable. You can put goop on your hair to make 'em temporarily stick together, but that's about it.
You didn't mention what you're doing to your hair to make your ends split . . . usually it's due to chemicals (harsh shampoos, perms, straighteners, ocean water, swimming pools) or temperature (blow dryers). If you're using any of this stuff, quit. Otherwise, hmm . . . post some more info related to your situation, and we'll see what someone else might be able to suggest . . .
