  Hi, has anyone tried the biotin shampoo and conditionar? i saw it for sale at gnc, its like 4.95 each. any comments?

    Matt - Biotin needs to be ingested - spreading it on your hair (then showering it off again) won't do your hair any good. It won;t harm it either, but who wants to waste 9.90 for something that does nothing?
