At Log Camp on the Vicente Flat Trail in the Ventana Wilderness (Los Padres National Forest, California).
This was earlier this week, on a volunteer trailcrew work trip.

Looks like wonderful country. Got to get down there and see it personal some time.
It is beautiful, rough, and dramatic...nearby Cone Peak is nearly a mile high and only three miles from the ocean...very very steep and rugged. Many of the trails are in poor condition, but the VWA website does keep updating the trail reports.
Amazing country.
Looks like lots of fun Guys. I'd love to see some beautiful country like that one day.
Looks like fun. I'm glad you and Diane had a great time!

Thanks!
Preening seems to fulfill a fairly basic mammalian need.
Well well well! Another blonde hair. Been hanging around with that Jane Goodall Tramp?!
;)
Heh. I love that for the most part, we get each other's references!
Close enough, I knew which cartoon you were referring to. I'm a pretty rough quoter myself.
That was really cool thanks for sharing that with everybody.
