As usual, I don't remember exactly when I posted last...so I figured a sick day would be a good day to do it. ^.^
Okies ^.^ here's one of my new hat. I'm finding more and more that there really are some hats I can pull of with long hair.
And here's me holding a 20lb ham from the pig we processed =P all we had was a bathroom scale to weigh everything, so I'd stand on it holding the meat and figure out the difference.
And laaaast, it's not bed head...really it's not...<.< >.> it's a new style I'm trying *coughliescough*
I should mark today on the calender so I know when I should update again. =P Oh well...back to the history books!
Stay true to yourselves!

Tristram
Hit the books hard. You'll thank yourself later... Nice update, as always. Your pics are always so creative! =)
-James
^.^ thank yooooou...yes I know, I'm tryin my hardest. =)
Nice update, you're quite easy on the eyes. :p
*blush* I'm flattered ^.^
Great update Tristram, the last shot of the new style is superb, I think you should stick with that.
~ Dave
Thanks! =D To be honest I really don't have a "style"...I just let it be what it'll be.
Hi Tristam,
Congratulations on a great update, and your hair is doing very well indeed! Best luck in those studies, and I know you will be very thankful for a good education in the future too!
Keep it growing,
David
Thanks so much for the nice comments. =) I'm putting in as many hours as I can on it believe me!
Hi Tristram,
Thanks for the update and great to hear from you. I like the picture with the hat and it's a great look. Good luck with the history study.
Cheers,
John.B
looking awesome dude! like the hat picture very cool!
YAY! I'm not the only one who likes it! I was worried it might just look good to me, I'm glad that's not the case. Thanks so much =)
Thanks for the comment! It means a lot. ^.^ I'm loving the hat. Thanks for your good wishes towards my work =) I'll need them!
You manage to come up with some very creative and cool looks.
And from what you posted before you manage all this from the
on sale tables.
It appears that your family must have animals also.
Awww thanks! My goodness you're observant! Yes, most of my stuff is really NICE clothing that I get for really cheap prices (got a pair of $250 pants for $6) Lucky me has a thrift store not too far away in a somewhat ritzy neighborhood. If it's not on sale it's not worth buying!
We have some animals =) nothing big though, just our ten spoiled hens.
Thanks again for the comments!
$250 pants for $6!!!!! Man you are good. I don't know if I
have told you before but your hair is to die for. Got to keep
on topic!
Everyone needs to blab about good deals every now and again silly!
Thanks again =)

Tristram
I always enjoy your pics, you're such a ham (even without pork products in your arms), and your hair is gorgeous. I love how you have fun with your hair.
I hope you're feeling better, and got your history assignment done.
Keep it growing, and flowing!
~snippage~
I'm a ham! =D Am I a sweet honey ham or a salty savory ham?
Seriously though, thanks so much for the commments =P why would I grow it out if I couldn't have some fun with it every once in a while? Hair IS fun!
<3
Tristram
Cool update and I too like the hat pic.
What I wouldn't give to have your hair, but that's normal to want
hair like someone elses.
Kevin
Thanks! =D what's wrong with your own hair silly? It looks wonderfur to meee! <--note the fur....PUNS!
Hi Tristram,COOL update no matter how close it might be to your last one.The hat is awesome as longhair and hats can go together quite nicely.Think of Slash from G&R as it looked very cool on him.As for the ham just be careful and don't drop it on your feet since you are wearing open toed shoes!LOL.Just thinking of your safety thats all:)Finally I really like that new hair style as it reminds me of the metal bands of the 80s that teased their hair to poof it up.Looks great on you:)Hope all has been well for you my friend and I will look forward to your next update no matter how soon it is.
Mark
=D Thank you! I'm not much of a modern music listener, but I have at least HEARD of G&R. Now that you mention it, it's a miracle I didn't drop anything =P I had so many chances to! That last pic was the result of simply flipping my head over...shaking like crazy...and flipping it all back up. I'm glad it works so well! ^.^
Thanks again!
<3 Tristram
Great update to be sure and glad you are having such success with your long hair. The "New Style" above I really liked as I am the type that always enjoys something just a bit different. Glad you are having such fun experimenting with different things as that is one of the joys of having long hair. Best of luck to you.
Thanks so much! It always means so much when I get compliments from this...community? Then we are very much alike! I don't have a "natural" part in my hair, it's always a little bit different. That and...I'm a bit odd...BUT I'M NOT BORING SO NYA!
Is it just me or did you photoshop that picture O.O the coloring looks better to me!
<3
Thanks so much for everything!
Tristram
Hey Tristram
You must be the 1st I have ever known of who's part when they have long hair doesn't fall automatically almost dead-center. Wish mine did that as I must be the most odd of all!
You are correct in that I tried to inhance the original. Many guys that now post photos I think are using cell phone cameras which produce the wrong colours. ie: Blue hair is seen, image is distorted and colouring sometimes way off. PhotoShop played a very small part of what was done in an attempt to produce colours that looked more for real. I have a program called "Black Magic." It is similar to what is used in the motion picture industry to turn older B+W movies into colour. This is what was used and it isn't easy. I have, over a period of time devised my own ways (as it isn't told of in any books) to be able to do things like this. A very fun pastime of mine used mostly to colourize photographs from the 1800's. The above remains one of my best and took 2 days of on and off work. The photo was taken of the great Composer Brahms with Strauss in 1881 in Germany on Brahms front porch.
All the best
Justin~
It's usually close to center, but it's usually to one side or the other. =P
I've never heard of that program, but it certainly words wonder. Especially on that pic of Brahms!
Thanks so much for the refined picy! It's going into my album to show a before and after of your work. ^.^

Tristram
Hi again Tristram
Good thing I saw your posting when I did before I deleated it. Whew! Here is your original "picy" reduced in size so as to match the "after work" version for your album. Alas, had I known you were going to do this I would have given it more time instead of merely a hurry and post rendition.
Thank you for your kind compliments. Ever so much appreciated.
All the best and continue having a blast with and enjoying long hair.
Justin~
That hat goes very well with your hair Tristram. A perfect fit in my opinion.
I got a good chuckle out of this photo of you holding that ham on the scale. Part of the fun of being a teenager is doing some goofy photos occasionally. (If I can some of my funny teen photos, I will post them. I was in my teens from 1966 thru 1972.) I don't know if I can find them.
Your hair looks great and it will and will look even better with added length.
Thaaaaanks! I love taking crazy pictures ^.^ they keep life interesting! If you do find yours, definitely post them!
Thanks again
<3
Tristram
Very nice hat, Tristram! I'm surprised by how much hair you have after every update you make.
I also have a new hat that I think goes well with long hair - it's my Balmoral, and I got a new one (along with my Clan's crest belt-buckle) to go with my kilt in preparation for Tartan Day in New York City (is anyone else participating?)
I'm surprised too believe me! It's always a bit of a shock when I look sideways into a reflective window in the mall and I see my hair almost to my waist. XD
You're hat looks good! Very...festive...in my opinion. =) Have fun at Tartan Day! I wish you good weather!
<3
Tristram
I love long hair with the right hat, myself--very unique!!!
I always love your updates! Creative, fun pictures and fabulous hair!
I'm curious, did you take your user name from the town in Diablo? I'm pretty sure it was called Tristram.
Whoa, I knew I heard the name "Tristram" somewhere before. Now I remember!
I love it when something jumps out and pulls my memory chords. =P
Thanks a bunch! ^.^ I certainly do enjoy taking them, and sometimes primping my hair for them...that's rare though. =P
Actually, Tristram is one of many variations of my real name, Tristan. Since there's already a user here with that name, I went back in history and looked up many others. Tristram was the closest to my actual name.
I'll have to look that up though ;D
Thanks for the nice comments!

Tristram
Tristram,
Your hair is really thick. How far does it reach down your back? Your hair looks great!
Mike
Thanks so much! I don't have any recent pics that show how far down my back it goes. But I DO have one I took over winter break, which wasn't SO long ago. I posted it here before, but here it is again. Mentally add on three months of growth =P
No, seriously!
I have seen few people with such straight hair who are also genetically gifted with such volume. You are surely the envy of many a mainstream woman (and long-hair loving man).
Great look and great hair!
Keep up the good work.
Shawn (Mr.Crow)
