It's official we'll will be visiting SF April 14th thru the 17th
A meet up is planned for Moday evening at 7:00 at Castro and
Market. Once we're all there we'll figure out where we'll go eat.
Looking forward to meeting everyone.
Kevin
Kevin stop, You are making me so jealous :) I'm an East Coast guy but, I would kill to be out there and hang out with you guys. Well OK maybe not kill, but you know what I mean
Todd
I'll enjoy the chance to meet you Mr. President.
After I see who speaks up in this thread I'll pass the date and time on to the other regulars in the area who may have missed this notice or the one for Hairball's Duarte's meet on April 27.
Elizabeth
...And I'm not arriving until the evening of the 18th. Bad timing strikes again! *shrug*
Cool! SF is one of my favorite cities! lots to do there. I was there a couple months ago and had a blast. I may be there on the 26th and 27th too LOL and as it appears after you. Hope oyu have a great time!
Looking forward to meeting you then, and seeing the regulars who can come, too!
Bill
I may show up for daytime activities, weather permitting. I don't eat out at all, due to dangerous food allergies. I am also paranoid as to how food is handled behind the scenes. Probably most cases of food poisoning can be traced to restaurants. I would be interested in a longhair meet outdoors, if there is no rain.
Scott
Well we've not got a strict schedule, among other things
we want to wander around China town and as you said it all depends on the weather. If your interested you could link up with us there.
We'll exchange phone numbers and see how things work out.
Would like very much to meet you and any who can't make Monday night. Besides a trip to SF would not be complete without meeting the legendary Urban Cowboy. Hopefully Ken can find a few minutes to meet somewhere if not Monday.
Kevin
I should have some time when you are in town.
I know one thing we'll do some of is shopping. Ray likes to browse
and buy. I hate shopping with a passion, I run in get what I need
and run out. That and I'm also cheap. ha! I do like second hand
and charity shops cause you can find such amusing bizzare stuff.
Otherwise we'll exchange numbers and catch people here and there
as we meander through the city.
Kevin
Hi Kevin:
I can't meet at 7:00 unfortunately, but will be in the City that night for my choral rehearsal (which starts, alas, at 7:00). Perhaps drinks at 6:00, if anyone is interested? You mentioned Castro and Market... Twin Peaks? The Metro?
Dean
These are the state flower, the California poppy. I took this photo yesterday.
Bill
Poppies!! just like in the wizzard of Oz. Nice view looking up Market street.
I ccan't wait
