Hey everyone,
I just wanted to announce my choral concerts, in case anyone is in the area and is interested in going. I sing with the San Francisco Choral Artists, a professional mixed chorus based in... well, you can figure that out. We're doing two concerts this weekend: Saturday night at 8:00 P.M. at St. Gregory Nyssa in San Francisco (Mariposa at De Haro), and Sunday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Oakland. The program is called "Music Home-Grown," and features music by composers of the Bay Area, the West Coast, and the USA at large. We are a 20-voice a cappella ensemble under the direction of Magen Solomon.
I'd love for anyone interested to come and experience this rich, living, vibrant music. If you've never experienced this type of concert before, you will almost surely become a convert; if you're already familiar with the genre, you'll be very impressed with the quality of the music-making and communication of the texts to the audience.
Currently, I'm the only male longhair in the group (although there were some others, as you can see by the slighly dated photo). Please come, and be sure to say hi to me during the post-concert reception.

Sadly I won't be in town for those but would go if I could.

I know I live too far away to attend buy I hope the performance goes well.
Cheers,
