Hey Mark, I'm glad to hear you have set a new goal. Its not a question of whether or not you can lose some weight: you possess all the tools you need, not the least of which is your enthusiasm. I personally have taken up a more active fitness plan in the last few months, mostly to help my mood and to give me something to do. Start out at a moderate pace, and don't get discouraged if you can't see results overnight.
Peace,
Ryan
Great to hear Mark, good luck to you and keep positive.
What part of the UK are you visiting?

Mark, Yes start a good fitness program now while you are young. It will be much easier. When I was 50 I started watching what I eat and an aerobic and weight lifting program. I've lost about 40 lbs and look and feel much better. Good luck with your goals!
peace, jonalbear
Hot Bod + long hair = a total winning combination.
Man, when I grew my hair out in 2006 I had time to work out every day - you'll feel great, and it will also improve the condition/growth rate of your hair :) :)
Good luck!!
thanks for the support guys! thats means alot to me you know :)
Good luck with this very good new goal, with enough dedication you will get where you want!
Growing hair requires inaction. While losing weight requires action. Interesting how the two goals complement each other! Well good luck dude. It ain't easy, most people are really gung-ho at first but then lose interest rather quickly. Kinda similar to the "awkward phase" of hair growth eh? Just learn to recognize it and you'll increase your chances of getting through it.
