I have given into to my Father's wishes and cut my hair. It isn't buzz-cut short, but it is still to my nose in the front and past my collar in the back.
I am very sorry to all of you, and I will be back with a beautiful mane before you know it.

No point in shooting yourself in the foot. You live with your folks, you've gotta make concessions. You'll be able to grow it out later, when you are on your own, until then, take good care of the hair you have and work on proving how responsible and trust-worthy and reliable and all the stuff stereotyped longhairs aren't so that you won't have the same battle when you are growing it out again.

Well I can honestly say I hated to hear this news from you but I do know you were having issues at home from what you've said in the past.It's a shame that family had to pick on that issue as you could have been doing far worse things than just being a longhair.They should have been thankful that you are a decent person and just let you enjoy your hair if thats what made you happy.Anyway good luck in the future with whatever you do and I hope someday you can be a longhair again and be happy too:)Take care buddy.

Hey at least it's not the dreaded buzz cut... :/ anyways, the GOOD thing about hair is that it grows back. But the the thing we all hate is waiting for it! But it will be back before you know it....
