I have always had the problem with the right side of my hair, it has always stuck straight out at the sides, just not the same as the left.
I recently started to notice that from the front view, you could see it coming out from behind my head at the right(left from behind), making it look longer, but not on the left.
Then i saw a pic of myself from behind (which i hadnt for about 3 month) and it confirmed it, theres almost a gap at the right side. Where it curls inwards , its also very thin there and feels rough, and i'm not sure why.
Is there anything i can do to sort that out
I used to get that all the time. I used to trim it, but that isn't really needed.
Just give it time to grow, in that last month or so, mine stopped doing that, and hangs quite nicely.
As it grows, the weight will tame it.

Yeah, i dont think trimming is nessascary.
When you say it has stopped doing that lately, does that mean where you kept it short at the very back? (Undercut?) If so, it must grow very fast

There's only one thing that can solve your problem and that is time, eventualy it will be long enough to settle down.
In in the akward stage right now (7 months) and my hair isn't the same in every place but I don't think about it. This stage will pass and when you don't worry to much, it seems like it will be over faster.
It sounds like the natural pattern of hair growth. With relatively short hair there's not much you can do. If you try to fix it by cutting, then it grows back soon enough. If, OTOH, you train it into position by wetting your hair and continually combing it, well, I always found it looked great by the time I had a trim, and then I had to start again after the trim! Longer hair does tend to iron out a lot of such problems just because it's own weight holds it down.
hmmmmm, suppose i will have to play the waiting game then...
Are you sure it's not just your crown? (the place where he hair spirals out from)
Without seeing a pic, it's hard to say, but going by your description, that would be in the right are. Have you spoken to your mum about it? Get her to have a look.
Its not my crown, its right at the lower right
