Because today, I made a fatal slip of the hand. When I was trimming my neck hairs today, it looked as if I was just trimming the area below my hairline. However, as I was combing my hair after it, I realized there was a fairly large hairball in my brush. So I looked, and to my horror, I accidentally trimmed a slight chunk out of the back-left side of of my hairline. Fortunately, it's not huge or noticeable at all, but it's taught be to be extremely careful whenever I have a razor around my head.
Very true. I too am usually cautious when razors are around my head.

This is why I always have someone else do it for me. My hands can be quite shaky (I have essential tremors) sometimes, so it's best not to risk it. One false move and... whoops!
Glad to hear, though, that it wasn't that big of a chunk. Keep it growing, Brandon. =)

Hi James...I, too, have (benign) essential tremors...I was diagnosed about five years ago. I was wondering if you take medication to deal with the symptoms or have other ways to cope. You can write me: beachbum90742@yahoo.com....hope to hear from you.

Bro I know exactly how you feel. My other greatest fear is burning my hair while smoking or lighting up smoking materials

I've done the same thing with my bangs, shaving just the usual face, heh...
Nothing too bad though, just enough to make me pay more attention. =3
Shaving in the shower does have its hazards.
I've done the same thing, I ended up shaving 2 inches of my hair at the back, now its like a number 2 up to where i tie the ponytail, makes tying hair back alot easier, but i dont liek the thought of having to do it every 2-4 weeks.
