Hi,
I've been on these boards for a couple of years... although I haven't posted in a couple of months! The reason is because I was growing my hair and had to get it cut for a stupid job interview! lol now that I have the job, I'm growing my hair back and I think it's growing better than before....
I'd love to hear your comments and words of encouragement!! as you all helped me a lot when I was growing it out the first time!! How much longer do you all think it would take to grow shoulder length...???!! Although I'm quite happy with the length of it at the minute!! I feel like more of a rocker when I go to gigs, lol! Anyway let me know what you all think....
Thanks,
RattlesnakeShake

your hair looks awesome, you should definetelly grow it longer,as for the awkward stage, just ignore it and think of how awesome you will look with some more length.Peace :).
Guess I didn't quite follow this one. "If" you had to get your hair cut for a job, and now that you have it you don't have to cut it and can grow it out, why the haircut to begin with? Just curious.
Your hair looks absolutely splendid and has a marvelous shine to it with great texture. BRAVO! Will probably take close to a year and a half to be at complete shoulder length without haircuts along the way. Best of luck to you in growing out what will be a sensational mane.
Oh yes. To rate your progress. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 10!
Justin raises a good point. If you thought they wouldn't accept you with long hair in the interview, what makes you think they'll be anymore accepting of you with long hair now that you have the job????
You're well on your way to a great head of hair. Judging by the way it lays in these pics, it is quite thick, so you are very lucky! Keep it growing, and in another year or two, you are gonna be quite pleased. =)

Hi man ! Sad you cut your because of a job interview. First of all, if today you have the job, keep your position and don't cut !
You seem to have nice and thick hair. Enjoy the growing !

Ah the dreaded Job interview but I wonder will your employer let you grow it out? Hopefully yes.
Good luck on your journey.
Kevin
To bad you cut it, but everyone makes mistakes.
You progress looks good and your well on your way, succes with the akward stage.
Your hair will look super when it gets to shoulder length, but don't count the days, weeks, or months. Just be patient and it'll happen!
