if i wash my hair every 2 days its a lil greasy if i wait 3 days itll get moderate greasy hmm which would be better to wash your hair, like is it good to have grease in your hair or just a little bit, cause i dont wanna stump the growth if its too bad haha jw :), plus im almost hitting 14 months in a lil over 2 weeks and im losing more hair in the shower now
Hi Mark,
It's good to stretch your wash days as much as possible. I'm also on a 2-3 day routine with an occasional 4 day gap. The 'grease' you talk about is actually your scalp's natural oil that protects each hair strand. It is not harmful to your hair.
Most likely you are not losing more hair in the shower but it only appears that way because now your hairs are longer and when the shed hairs are combined together, it only seems like there is more hair. The individual lost hairs are the same but their collective mass is larger.

Sounds good Mark. My problem is dryness. I have taken to never using the blow dryer and putting a little olive oil on the ends. This especially works if I have to perform because if I dont I will have major tangles for days

thanks for the tips guys ! :)
I used to wash my hair everyday, till I got a trim for my cousin's wedding in February this year. Then I streched out my washing day to once every 3-4 days. Today, I only wash my hair once a week. It is a little more natural, and it may allow my hair to grow out a bit faster, since my hair is not as likely to dry out or get tingled. This also makes my mornings a bit easier (o.t.).
What Jason said is correct as I have very oily hair I can comfortably go two days and by day three it's an oil slick.
People have different hair and some can go longer. i wouldn't dwell on the shower hair shedding it's natural and some days it's worse than others it's just a fact of life.
Take Care
