Anyway I just recently had my first trim since I decided to start growing out my hair and I think it turned out pretty well, most of the "damage" was to the back and a little to the sides to even them up a bit.
What was the "damage" of which you speak that would warrent a trim so soon?
I meant "damage" more in a way of hair length lost than anything else. And the reason for the trim was pretty much just vanity and wanting to get it more even
Well how about that trimmers, vanity that's a new one!
That looks ok and has accomplished what you needed to do to continue your journey. I wish you well growing your hair out
and look forward to future updates.

For the most part, trimming your hair is not the best idea if you wish to grow it out. But if the ends of your hair gets a little damaged, then it is probably the best to get rid of the damaged ends so your hair can look better. My hair was getting a little damaged since I had been washing it everyday, then my dad trimmed my hair for my cousin's wedding in February. After that, I regained my hair, and since I wash my hair once a week now, my hair shows almost no damage.
Regardless
