Here are 2 more images showing a couple with nice braids, and a very cool wizard. That woman's braid was quite thick and heavy. With her consent, I lifted it with my hand. It felt like a good pound in weight.

Actually it was not as long as mine, but she has two or three times the hair volume that I do. Her braid weighs about a pound, I picked it up in my hand. It had a lot of heft to it.

wow her hair looks awesome....I would LOVE for my hair to look that nice.....I think even when i reach terminal length its going to be rather skimpy, silly baby fine hair genes from my mum :P
now if only I could convince my brother to stop cutting his hair....he has GREAT hair from my dad's side....I should direct him here for inspiration
Thank you for sharing these photos with us, sadly, milwaukee's 'pagan' gatherings tend to amount to over zelous fanatics and underage kids trying to be 'goth', at least the ones I've found....but I'm also quite the solitary worshipper....never been much into the group things other then a few wiccan friends who I still don't quite fit into since they try to group me as just like them and don't seem seem to understand the differences between thier faith and mine

Hey those are some really cool pics.Before I read the other responses I too thought that wizard could have been Bill!LOL.However he beat me to that but I was thinking the same as he was.Thats great too that you were allowed to feel the weight of that braid as it does look like it weighs a ton:)So Scott would you rather have the longer length or shorter hair with more volume??Just a trivia question thats all.

That is a tough call, Mark. Thicker hair would be nice, but it would sure be cool for it to reach the middle of my calves too.
