It still isn't too short. My mother layed it (not so badly though), so the lower layers are maybe 1-4 inches shorter than the top. The bangs after the cut were right past my eyes, and now they touch above my lip, right under the nose.
The more I think about, I wish I hadn't given in to my father. My hair was damaged though, so maby this cut (trim?) was a good thing.

Being a minor you may not of had much choice. But it looked good before the cut. Sux you had to give up that nice length. Hope all goes your way in the future.
Wow, your hair now is nearly identical to how mine is now (mines a little straighter and thicker). in the first pic [before], did you straighten it or did it get to a length where gravity just kinda straightened it for you? Im hoping mine will do that.
All gravity. It's grown nearly an inch.

Thanks for keeping us all up to date and posting the pics.Its too bad that you had to get you hair cut but like you said at least its not too short.Actually your hair looks more styled now than before.I take it your mom did that work.Well at least you are still very young and you'll have many more chances to grow out your hair again if thats what you really choose to do.After all you have to really want it or whats the point.Being a longhair can be tough but I feel the rewards are well worth it:)Take care my friend.

The trim you had is bigger than what I had for my cousin's wedding. Your hair did not appear to be damaged, even before the trim (mine was somewhat damaged). My hair actually grew back quickly after the trim, compared to before the trim, and your hair should do the same thing.

Yout hair's coming back quickly Bill. It actually looks really good at that length with the glasses (though I urge you not to stop there lol). 1 thing I noticed is in your original picture prior to trimming, your hair is EXACTLY the same as mine in length and texture. I'm gonna see if I can post a pic of where mine is now soon, it's rediculously similar. But anyway, I wish you the best of luck this time.
