That's some progress you have here, and it had not even been a year. As for me, I started off from a boy's cut in December 2006 (my decision about growing out my hair did not come till March 2007). By the first year, my hair probably reached your length.

Thanks everyone! I actually decided to grow a beard a few weeks ago, so I guess I'll be updating on that along with my gair LOL!!! I wonder if I found the key to faster hair growth.. I've been eating tons of beef, chicken, and peanuts lately with not a whole lot else and my growth has just taken off out of control!!! So could a heavy amount of protien be the key? My fingernails are growing out of control too.
Same situation as you, the last two weeks my hair has grown over what it used to in a month, though these things are never as they seem, i would like to think they are.
You've made incredible progress in the last month. Keep at it.

Hey man, its looking great...
Ive been wondering, since my hair is literally the same, how did you manage to "move your front hair" to sides (compare the old picture with new, if you dont know what I mean D: ). I have a problem seeing as the hair is getting in my eyes, but when I try to move it away, it just curls up and stands away, which ticks me off ;x Imma post a pic later once I get a hold of camera.
The 2nd question (the most important one) is, did your hair "stand out" ? Can you tell me your shampoo/conditioner/comb/whatever you use please, Im getting desperate here D:

I just took a comb and parted it down the middle. Weather is curls up or not is just dependant on your hair type. Mine is fairly straight so it just hangs naturally. I have been using John Frieda "WAKE UP" straightening and anti-frizz serum too and it really cuts down on flips and odd curls. My typical conditioner is Tresemme and I wash with conditioner only. I found that shampoo just dries out my hair and makes it break more easily. As for a comb? Just some wide tooth plastic comb I got a CVS for 98 cents LOL! :} Hope this takes care of your questions!
