Hey, I have a problem, obviously im trying to grow long hair but at the front of my hair I have a kink where I have always had a natural 'cows lick' (dunno if thats what its called, its just what i have been told it is). This makes my hair look shorter at the front because it grows upwards before curling over and growing down.
I was wondering if there was any way to get rid of this or whether it would naturally go as my hair grows and gets heavier.
Thanks.
not to be counter productive or insulting, because that is great if you want long hair, but i would say that you should be thankful your hair has a unique little thing in it that most other people probably do not have. my hair is, and has always been, pretty much straight and normal, with no real differences in shape, growth pattern, etc.
sorry though. i do not have any advice other than "leave it". :)
Coming out of lurk mode...
As your hair gets longer, you can train your cowlick downwards. I use a boars brush to do it. Your hair's weight and length will also help. It never really goes away, but it gives otherwise ordinary hair some life.
