Hello everyone. My name is Joe i've posted here before about a couple months ago and i havent posted in a while, so here is my 26 month update (2 years, 2 months) here are some photos...

oh yeah and uhh i have a question to ask, does anyone know of really good shampoos that i could get into? Id appreciate it

Absolutely magnificent long hair beyond all shadow of a doubt. Superb colour too! What an update to be proud of and what inspiration to those on their journey to achieve what you have already.
As for a good Shampoo, there are so many. The one guys were using all the time a few years back and seemed to be most in favor of was "Aussie." I still use it myself, and my own hair isn't doing all that badly from using it.
Thanks Justin! I enjoy every inch of it so far. Two years down and my goal is two more years! wich i shouldnt have a problem with. Two years is a big achievement in terms that you can pull a nice looking, clean ponytail. your hair is weight on it now and it behaves the way you want it.

Fantastic update Joe! You've achieved some great length and it looks like it's about at the length where gravity will hold it back behind your shoulders. As for shampoo, i HIGHLY reccomend Paul Mitchel Special TeaTree shampoo/conditioner. It has a very clean smell and is kind of mentholated which feels really good. Thanks for the update.

What a fabulous update, and you are blessed with thick and straight hair, the easiest type to grow super long. I agree with Justin about the choice of shampoo (Aussie), and use that type myself!
Although I am not a big hockey fan, I am definitely rooting for the Penguins, since Sidney Crosby hails right from my home province of Nova Scotia, Cole Harbour, to be exact!

Some nice hair, Joe. I've been using Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner for about a year and like it a lot. I picked up Pantene's "Classic Clean" conditioner two months ago and so far like that very much.

Thank for the update and wonderful to see you hair in such amazing condition and a lovely natural colour and looks very thick at the ends at the back. You well on your way and look forward to the next update.
I've used various products over the years including Pantene but don't tend to use that anyone. I just switch around products every few weeks.

I've been tending towards changing every so often; did use the Aussie shampoo at one time; for volume, try Bath and Body Works Coconut Lime Verbena Volumising Shampoo. Although, if you can get it, I like using Main and Tail when I can get it.
Your hair is very thick and looks amazing, you take well care of it. Keep on growing.

You hair looks long and healthy. My hair would have reached your length by now, maybe shorter if I did not get my hair trimmed back in February. Keep it growing.

I use Garnier Fructis on my hair, which is over 3 feet long, and it works well for me. Disclaimer: What works well on my hair may or may not work well for you.

As far as shampoo and conditioner goes, I prefer Pantene Pro-V...just choose the type of hair you have when you choose the product.

Bumble and Bumble have great products that don't strip your hair or add any unwanted extra accumulative ingredients. Expensive but VERY WORTH IT!
