        Using an FTP client, copy the picture to my ftp site, which is ftp.the-light.com/pub/. You can put something there via anonymous FTP. Then, get the URL by typing ftp://ftp.the-light.com/pub/ which will get you a listing of all the files. Click on your picture (which you just transfered) and copy the URL displayed on the Location line of your browser. Paste this into the "Optional Image URL" entry field.
