Only dad? lol I don't think so. I have three. 29,28,26. & living grandchildren, 1 gone. 3 "acquired" grandchildren who are as dear as blood. I'm sure there are many dads on this site. So happy day to all of them.
Me too. I had a great day yesterday with my wife and two teenagers. And I've also discovered that I need to face into the wind when eating ice-cream to keep my hair out of it :-D

When I become a dad, Father's day will be important to me. While I am single, Father's day is just another holiday to live through. Sure, I have a dad and a step-dad, but I am not a dad myself yet.

Thanks, I spent Father's Day out of the country, with my dad but not with my children. If I had stayed home with my wife and kids I wouldn't have been with my dad. The solution would have been if we all could have gone, but alas it would have been too expensive. I was at my uncle's 85th birthday party. My other uncle (his elder brother), age 88, was there too.
