Hey Everybody,
I'm at 14 months now. Last cut was in April 2007. I'm out here in the Denver area right now, visiting James, and I thought I'd post a few photos that we took earlier today up at Red Rocks Park. Enjoy!

I have to say all your pics are fantastic as I can't even settle on a favorite like I usually like to do.Great job with the camera!Your hair as well as James's looks terrific and is ever so getting longer.Now I'm sure both of you are going for at least waist length....Right???? Anyway it looks like you are having fun in Colorado as thats a place I have yet to visit as I would love to see that area of this country.So enjoy your time with James and do keep us updated.Take care and be well my friend.

Your hair looks smooth. It is a similar length to mine, but yours is straighter. I had been growing out my hair for 18 months now, but thanks to the trim back in February (month 14), it set me 'back' to the kind of hair I had at month 9 or 10. Now, at 18 months, my hair had actually grown back to its former length and beyond, in a shorter period of time. I plan to grow it out to mid-back.

Hey Austin,
Really nice update there, definitely a lot of growth since the last update. In the pics do you have oil in your hair? if not that is some amazing shine and weight it has. I wish my hair had a bit more weight to it - that's what I'm hoping for.

What length did you start from?
It is looking good and in another six months you will be rivalling James on length: Get him to work some magic on your sideburns, he did change his to advantage.

Thank you for sharing with us this outstanding update! Your hair is healthy and filled with shine, and the outdoor settings in Colorado are awesome.
Both you and James have similar hair types and colour, with yours slightly straighter than his, and your journey is a few months behind James. Hopefully, both of you plan to grow it to at least waist length.

Fantastic update Austin! Your hair looks quite perfect and the highlights look great. It appears that you're only an inch or so shy of a full tail which will be a great milestone for you. Thanks for sharing and keep us updated.

Wow! For 14 months your hair is looking just great. And of the photos, simply spectacular and so artistically done. Updates such as these are always just so fantastic and nothing short of magnificent. Guess long hair fits into nature scenes so well as to give someone something to really tweet about.

Thanks a LOT for all of the great responses. I'm growing from, about two or so inches. To answer some of the questions you posed: I plan to grow to about mid-back if not a little bit longer, although probably not waist-length. Again, thanks for all the replies. I really appreciate it!

Fantastic update! The color is just outstanding. I'm really glad it's long enough to make a tail, but don't shy away from wearing it loose. I think it looks wonderful like that.
