Hey guys,
I've been lurking here for a while now. I just wanted to drop in to say "Hi!" and that I probably wouldn't have started growing my hair out last August if I hadn't seem some great looking heads on here for motivation.
So this is where I was last August:

That is what I looked like for 20 years. Turning 21 last October, I figured I would just try long hair for once. I thought that because my hair had always been short it wouldn't grow properly, or it would be damaged and things like that.
This is where I am as of today:

I had just gotten out of the shower so my hair was a little damp still. But that represents roughly ~10 months of growth from a buzzed head.
It wasn't as hard getting used to it as I thought it would be. Yeah, my showers are a little bit longer and it takes a little longer to dry my hair, but that's been the only real issue I've run into.
As far as length goes, I think I'll let it grow to see what happens:)

Your hair grew out really fast. You hair looks straight and healthy. Last summer, you looked like a typical short-haired male. Now, your hair is actually exceeding my length, and I had been growing out my hair for 18 months. But part of the reason is that I got an unwanted trim in February.
