Hi guys,
Sorry I've been absent lately. I've been really, really distracted recently but in only the best of ways!! There have been some really great updates lately and I've definitely noticed them. I've just not been concentrating so much on hair as I usually do...
Here are a few pics from this month...

Hi Jason,
It is great to see another update from you, and when guys actually start posting questions wondering where you have been, you know it is time to stop on by. Of course I fully understand how happy you have been lately!
As always, you post the most awesome updates, and your hair is so thick and full. It is hard to believe, but I have a mere FIVE days until my very last day of work, and I have a LOT to look forward to!
Take care,
David
Great pictures as usual, and against the verdant background, even better. You've got a big smile on your face: glad to hear your distraction is a pleasing one!

Fantastic update Jason! It great to hear that you're happily distracted.
Bruce
Hey Jason
As always your long hair keeps looking better and better every time. You are surely one of the highest sources of inspiration for so many here in how well long hair can look and what can be done with it.
For the fun of it, here is a back shot of mine (still just very slightly damp after washing) taken two days ago. Ha Ha Ha..........I am still wondering what happened to both of my arms let alone my brains! LOL :-)
Take care-
Justin~
That ain't bad Justin, inspirational for sure!
Bruce
Your mane is gorgeous in that photo, Justin. Just superb. It looks great at past belt length. You might consider classic length.
Scott
Hey Scott!
Thank you ever so much for your very kind compliment. Much appreciated. :-) And now for the question: guess I am unsure of definitions when it comes to lengths. (The older I get, the less I find I know, and I am getting to the point where I don't know anything!) LOL :-)
I had always thought waist-length was considered "Classic." Well, if anyone would know, you would for sure. All I know at this point is that I am going to allow my hair to grow as far as it can. If and when the ends become wispy again I will cut them myself just high enough to be thicker so that the hair might just grow longer than ever before and eliminate the most severe tangles of all unlike what happened last time. The above photo was taken 2 days ago also as was the one below (front shot) this post.
Thanks Scott and hope you had a great weekend.
All the best-
Justin~

Hi Justin, classic length is the point where the top of your thighs meet the the bottom of your buttocks. I think you have a good chance of reaching that length.
Here is an image of a man with classic length hair. This image was posted here a couple of years ago.
Scott
Hi Scott
I truly hope I can reach that length, in fact, I was almost there a while back but the tangles and knots caused by non trimmed-off wispy ends was just taking me too long and I "thought" I had reached terminal. But perhaps not afterall now that I know with hair of this length that the ends MUST not be allowed (in my case) to get so thin and wispy. The way it is now only takes 10 minutes or less in the AM and out the door I go. But to spend 10 minutes to 30 minutes on a knot? No thanks. Keeping the ends thicker appears to be the key. Hope those on their way to long hair such as you and I have don't think that they need to do the same at their length of only one year or even two. And even-ups are not really necessary as the hair grows and seems to do that all by itself without holding one back in acquiring length. In fact, those that begin this practice so early-on continue to defeat the purpose and their journey to long hair may even be extended by years! In my nearly 6 years of growing my hair out from a Buzz-Cut that I unfortunatly fell for there were only 3 trims because of severe tangles and knots...........but even these trims knocked at least 5 or 6" off total the length it might be as a little too much was trimmed off (my opinion) to get the job done. From now on I'm doing my own.
Thanks again Scott and hope your own great long hair mane keeps growing.
Justin~
Your reward? One more pic. LOL :-)
Hi Justin,
What a fabulous photo of your hair, and a true inspiration to everyone on the hyperboard. I am delighted that you are planning to grow it as long as possible! (That is a fabulous ponytail photo too!)
Take care,
David
Hey David
Thank you ever so much. You are always just so kind with your comments. As soon as you post you next update I KNOW I will be easily able to return the favor as you have such awesum long hair yourself and look so distinguished with it. You have so much to Brag about when it comes to your great long hair and I know you are always just so modest about it. If I were just starting-out I would be going "Apes" in wishing I had what you have acquired right away.
All the best and thank you again.
Justin~
Hi Justin,
A very inspiration picture and it's amazing to see how long hair has got and looks in wonderful condition.
Cheers,
John.B
Hi John and thanks alot for the compliment. Yes, my hair IS in good condition, especially considering my age. For once I was lucky I guess.
Better scoot out the door now and go and play in my sandbox. Will I ever grow-up? Goo-Goo, i, i, i mean never! LOL
Justin~
........
Be careful not to get sand in your hair. it looks fantastic for your age. (grin) Hope i'm that lucky.
Have fun in the sandbox shall I bring my pain and shovel?
Kevin
Fabulous! The hair looks terrific Justin :-)
Hey Justin,
Talk about inspiration! Your hair is just so amazing and definitely inspires all of us.
Thanks for your kind words,
Jason
Your hair looks fantastic, Jason. It just gets better with each update. It will soon reach your waist. Best longhair wishes.
Scott
Your hair looks fantastic Jason, as always. The color of your hair is awesome as well...it's almost red/auburn on the bottom 6 inches or so. The condition of your hair is amazing as well as the thickness and shine. Thanks for sharing.
-Phil
Hey Jason,

A lovely set of pictures as always and the natural sunlight really shows the colour out. There is nothing worong with doing other things or being distracted as there is just more to life than keep an eye on your hair all the time.
