Today, when I was running to catch my bus from softball practice, I came across a group of young people (mixed genders) across the wide street, saying hi to me and saying that they like my hair. That made me feel good. However, there was no time to lose; I got to the bus in the nick of time.
By the way, I went to my first softball practice of the season today.

What a refreshing story to ay the least. Your hair must be looking fantastic as usually we hear all too often "jeering" of the beginning longhair instead.
