Do you towel dry it, blow dry it, just slick it back? what do you do after you wash it?
also list what kind of hair you have..thick, fine/thin, thinning..etc
I towel dry it for about 10 seconds, then just let it air out and dry.
I have thick hair.

Just do a light towel dry in the morning, then let the warm air blow through the vents in the truck's dash to get it nice and dry on the way to school. Works pretty well on my thick hair (about 10" past the rubber-band). No frizzies or split ends . . .

i shake off the extra water, then squeeze it like a sponge (not too hard), then let air dry. fine/straight
I just comb it out, letting it dry in the air. Using a towel would pull oils out of it which I'd rather have stay on my hair when the water evaporates away.
I have wavy-to-curly hair, creating lots of air pockets, so my hair dries within an hour.
Thoroughly towel-dry and then thoroughly blow-dry. Every once in a while, I don't blow-dry, and am left with a headache for the rest of the day.
